Abstract. The Ocimum genus can empirically be used as an anti-infective, one of which is antifungal. Fungi that cause infection include Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger. As for other options antifungal alternative, namely plants from the clan such basil, nimma tulsi, lemon camphor basil. purpose this article review to determine activity chemical content any compounds contained in plant. This research method carried out using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) through reputable journals. Based on data obtained have potential inhibit growth niger fungi with range MIC values (mg/mL) basil against respectively 0.000028-1,56 0,05-0,15. Nimma tulsi 0,5-2 0,075. Camphor 0,00173-6,25 0,00156. Lemon Bacil 1,56-20. constituents are linalool, geraniol, p-allylanisole, 1,8-cineol, thymol, γ -terpinene, borneol, p-cymene, neryl acetate, limonene, eugenol, β-Caryophyllene, Germacrene D, γ-cardinene, trans-sabinene hydrate, methyl eugenol.
 Abstrak. Tanaman marga secara empiris digunakan sebagai anti infeksi salah satunya antijamur. Jamur penyebab diantaranya yaitu dan Adapun pilihan lain yang dapat alternatif antijamur tanaman dari seperti kemangi, selasih mekah, ruku-ruku, kemangi kamfer. Tujuan artikel ini untuk mengetahui aktivitas kandungan kimia senyawa apa saja terdapat pada Ocimum. Metode penelitian dilakukan Literatur melalui jurnal bereputasi. Berdasarkan diperoleh bahwa mempunyai potensi dalam menghambat pertumbuhan jamur dengan rentang nilai KHM terhadap masing-masing 0,000028-1,56 Ruku-ruku Kemangi kamfer Selasih mekah Kandungan 1,8-sineol, γ-terpinene, limonen, trans‐sabinene eugenol eugenol.
